Forest VisionThe angels in heaven, wonder in awe, at the beauty of thy creation ... as their wings adorn them, so thy hair adorns thee. As water pours over the mountain forest fall, with it's awesome beauty, so thy hair covers down upon thy body. As the mist billows from the falls into a pillowing cloud of glory, so thy hair fills the heavens around you. I ponder the thick folds of thy hair, as it sways about ... as thick as the forest leaves. In envy, I gaze at the locks of thy hair as they braze down upon thy neck with little kisses. I Tempt Myself With A Vision A woman rises up from a pond of liquid purity, her hair is of full length, she's dressed in gown of virtue. She approaches, that she may bind me with the strands of her hair, as she wraps my wrist I expect bondage, but instead I sense release. I find her bindings are but an embrace and her touch, compassion. She guides me back to her liquid pond, a liquid like I have never seen before. As she pulls me under, I expect death, but find life. So as not to drown, I hold back my breath, but my flesh gives way and I reach for air. As this liquid displaces the air, I expect panic, but find rest - then she reveals the mystery of the liquid, that fills her pond from which she came - her liquid is her love. Then I Prayed To My GOD - LORD, what is the meaning of this vision? He answers me in the quiet, and says, my son, in the vision, I have showed thee, thy wedding, and the woman is thy wife. -By John Thomas Copyright © 1999 John Thomas Publishing Co. |
