PROVERBS-By John Thomas
"The fall of a Proud Man is heard like Thunder throughout the land and all men abandon him, but the fall of a Humble Man is like the Quite of night. No man hears him, but our GOD in Heaven, who lifts him up, and Restores his Soul" Defining; Repentance: Defining; Spirituality: "The Wicked gather themselves together... "Being a "Sunday Christian!", is like wading in shallow
Waters... "A man was flying home from a grueling business trip. As he sat there exhausted from his work. There was a elderly woman passenger sitting next to him who was blind from birth, when she then touched his arm and asked "Sir could you look out the window and describe for me what it looks like from up here, I've never flown before." He gazed out the window for a minute and then took the ladies hand and said. "Mamm from up here, man looks real small... And God looks real big! She thanked him with a smile and a kind touch How about you? Never violate a women's compassion, she carries it around in buckets waiting to pour it on someone, and God just keeps handing her more, and she keeps giving it away. But if you abuse it, she'll carry the buckets with her, even though God keeps handing her more, till she finds someone to pour them on... And it won't be you! "The lights and shadows we cast on others determines how we see them. Whose light are you using to view others by and whose eyes do you see them through. Is it Christs light and is it his shadow you see or are dispersions and prejudice clouding your vision?" "Great men gather all things unto themselves... "All of life is a passing thought... All my life I've had dreams that I could fly. It was never a struggle I just choose to and I could. Then I had a dream that I had not even tried to fly in 20 years, having just taken my ability to do so, for granted. So I decide to see if I still could. So I flew into the air... But it wasn't easy, I struggled to stay in the air, and then exhausted from the attempt, I had to grab onto an electrical tower to keep from falling. I new it might kill me, but I was so tired from my attempt, I grabbed hold anyway. Then I looked over my shoulder and saw a pudgy young man flying around and doing loops with a huge smile on his face. Then he flew up to me where I was holding on and just stopped in mid air looking at me, not the least bit tired. With a tired voice I looked at him and said to him in counsel... Moral of the story: If you figure how to fly, don't ever set it aside and stop doing it for any length of time! Because you might not remember how you figured out how to do it in the first place! In thus fashion I take up the pen and write... "When you become relevant to God, you become irrelevant to man. "God decided to build His Kingdom upon basic people who need basic things. Thank God He did! For we are not so eloquent as too know that which is beyond us, but we are created to assemble that which we are given!" "The Rapture: How does it occur: Its the calling away of the saints in the last day when Christ returns. In the keeping of Scripture the Holy Spirit must leave the earths domain and let the rein of Christ be fulfilled before man. But how it happens, sheds its light on the inner working of the Spirits plan, and fulfills the promise of the Lord to never leave us or forsake us. It is the spirit of the Lord carrying us away to the heavens above that fills us with awe and wonder. But why must the dead in Christ rise first? That is where the mechanism lies and answer is found. For the Scripture says we shall be caught away in the blink of an eye Torn from our earthly bonds if spoken truly. Think of the earth in its global form, know consider the hands of God cupping and surrounding the entirety of the earth in his hands as the indwelling of the Holy Spirit. Then envision Him withdrawing His hands in all directions. That is the picture you need to see of the Rapture. For when we are caught away, it means torn from earths bonds, in that we are inseparable from the Holy Spirit and we are ripped from earths grip into the eternity He has made when the Holy Spirit withdraws from the earth. Keeping His promise to the church never to leave or forsake us, we are torn from earth's bonds, or "caught away" buy the Holy Spirit, forever free from the flesh of man. Then consider the dead in Christ who rise first. Only death separates us from the indwelling of the Holy Spirit, making the necessity for them to be risen by the voice of the Almighty God. For they are already separated from the indwelling of the Holy Spirit and would not be caught away by the Rapture of the living Saints. So in this lies the reason that the dead in Christ rise first, that all things are complete in the Spirits work on earth. So in that the Rapture is the final act of the church, the dead must then by decree, rise first to be with the Lord" "Revelation's proclamation that the number 666, is the number of
man. A COLLECTION OF THOUGHTS; "The most important meal of the day, "Man is the Glory of God... "If confession is good for the soul... "Though joy be heard here and there, and laughter separates itself where joy's abound... Judgment will make all eyes stop and stare!" "Weep for the hour glass, that is filled with emptiness!" "What a contradiction, God has made of my former self!" "Don't sit around and sniffle about it... "A beautiful woman can turn a mans head... "Women live in the past and future, and fear the present... "But for God's Grace, I am surrounded by people, that I might have become!" "Some men find it difficult to believe in a life with God... "You'll never now how much power GOD has ... "God has always established Himself upon those who sacrifice
everything... "The most important doctrine of all, is what shall you do if you are wrong. When the multiple of disciples turned away from following Jesus, it was because of who and what they thought He was, was wrong!" "When God said he would spew the Luke warm out of his mouth, it is because the Hot are Praying, the Cold are Praying, but the Luke Warm are not!" " Big Egos... Accompany Little Men!" I was finally able to sum up all the knowledge that man had acquired into a single sentence, from one experience I had... "With all these Bolt's... There must be one Nut in this Jar!" -By John Thomas |
